IMI's in-house AT training program is designed to train new clinicians and provide continuing education for experienced clinicians. Each clinician is reviewed yearly on how thoroughly they follow the individual protocols of each procedure and the applicable national guidelines, as well as their compliance with additional IMI quality assurance policies and procedures. These comprehensive reviews grade the clinicians in numerous pre-operative, intra-operative, and post-operative components.

Along with maintaining their industry credentials, we encourage the continuing education of each AT clinician by providing tuition assistance for attaining higher university degrees. Our clinicians are also frequently sent to professional conferences and workshops in order to expand their knowledge base with cutting-edge information, research, and procedures.
