Lewis H. Ferguson

Lewis H. Ferguson is a partner in the Washington, D.C. office of Gibson Dunn & Crutcher and a member of the firm's Securities Regulation and Corporate Transactions practice groups. Mr. Ferguson's practice focuses on the representation of accounting and auditing firms and their employees, securities regulation and disclosure issues and corporate governance matters.
Mr. Ferguson joined the firm in 2007 after serving for more than three years as the first General Counsel of the Public Company Accounting Oversight Board. At the PCAOB, Mr. Ferguson was in charge of all legal affairs and was involved in drafting the PCAOB's rules and regulations and auditing standards, including auditing standards for the audit of internal controls. He also oversaw the successful defense of litigation against the PCAOB challenging the constitutionality of the organization and of the Sarbanes Oxley Act itself.
Before joining the PCAOB in 2004, Mr. Ferguson was a partner in another Washington, D.C. firm where he specialized in corporate transactions, securities enforcement matters and representation of audit committees and boards of directors. From 1994 to 1998, he was Senior Vice President, General Counsel and Director of Wright Medical Technology, a medical device company. He has also been a director of a number of public and private companies, mainly in the medical device and technology areas.
For a number of years, Mr. Ferguson was an Adjunct Professor of Law at the Georgetown University Law School. He received his B.A. degree cum laude with High Honors in Politics and Economics from Yale College in 1966 and a B.A. and M.A. degree from Cambridge University (King's College) which he attended on a fellowship. In 1971, he received his J.D. degree from Harvard Law School where he was a member of the Harvard Law Review. Mr. Ferguson clerked for the Hon. Frank J. Murray, U.S. District Judge for the District of Massachusetts. He is a frequent speaker on accounting and auditing matters and the relationship between corporations, regulators and auditors at industry, legal and media-sponsored conferences.

Roger Conley
Mr. Conley was part of the founding of Mortgage Overture Technologies as an investor and board member after working with many of the members of the Overture management team at Fannie Mae as VP of Sales and Marketing for Fannie Mae's e-Businesses. His division launched the nationwide expansion of automated underwriting through Fannie Mae's DU/DO products. Mr. Conley also spearheaded Fannie Mae's investment with the National Association of Realtors in Realtor.com and subsequently joined Realtor.com (later Homestore, now Move.com) as VP Transaction Services to build a mortgage and transaction services platform for real estate transactions. Mr. Conley was a founder and principal of an innovative mortgage software and services company, Foster Ousley Conley, in the SF Bay Area in the early 1990's. Most recently he and his brother, Dr. Tom Conley, founded Impulse Monitoring where Roger served as CEO until October 2007. Roger remains an investor in, and board member of Impulse.
Joseph Clark

Clark served as SCA's COO since July 2007. Joe served as
president of HealthSouth's Surgery Center Division since
March 2005. Prior to joining HealthSouth, he served as
president and chief executive officer of HealthMark
Partners, Inc., an owner, operator and developer of ASCs and
specialty hospitals. From March 1988 to August 1999, he
served in various senior management roles, including chief
executive officer of Response Oncology, a provider of cancer
services. Mr. Clark also has 10 years of experience with two
proprietary hospital chains: Humana and American Medical
International.
Curt LaBelle

Curt LaBelle returned to Tullis Health Investors in 2008 as a managing director. Curt has worked in the health care field for 14 years and brings nine years of venture capital experience to the firm.
Prior to rejoining Tullis Health Investors, Curt was Vice President at Investor Growth Capital, where he led the investment process in multiple biopharma and device companies and served on the Boards of several portfolio companies. Curt worked at Tullis Health Investors from 2002 to 2005 as a senior associate.
In addition to his venture capital experience, Curt also brings industry experience from Pfizer, where he worked in outcomes research and marketing in 1998 and 1999. Curt holds MD and MBA degrees from Columbia University and completed his internal medicine internship at Columbia's St. Luke's-Roosevelt Hospital. He also holds a BS in Economics from Brigham Young University.
